CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES FOR OUR EVENTS
An Audience With…. reserves the right for the following:
Please note that in the unlikely circumstances of an event being cancelled all refunds will be made on production of a valid ticket.
In the unlikely circumstances of an event having to be being postponed, no refunds will be issued and new dates will be set and tickets will still be valid for the new dates.
In the unlikely circumstances of an event having to be relocated to a different venue, please note your ticket is still valid and no refunds will be issued.
Please provide the relevant paperwork. You can either scan or photograph the required documents and email to email@example.com.
1. Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance award letter (dated within the last 12 months).
2. Personal Independence Payment letter (dated within the last 12 months).
3. A current and valid Blue Badge.
4. Letter from a GP or consultant (dated within the last 12 months) confirming the need for a full time carer. This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis.
Unfortunately we will not be able to issue carers tickets without seeing the above documentation.
Please note, each disabled guest must provide the documentation above to receive a carer ticket.
